Eminent industrialist educationist late Alhaj Mansoor Ali Biswas established a madrasa in 1958 on his own waqf (Waqf fi Sabilillah) land in Madar Baria Mauza under the patronage of Furfura and Medinipur Pirsaheb Huzur as Sadkaye Zaria with the aim of spreading religious education. Named as “Arifpur Jamiul Uloom Siddiquia Sr. Fazil Madrasa”. During the lifetime of the late founder, the madrasa was approved from 01/07/1960, Alim from 01/07/1963 and Fazil level from 01/07/1964 by Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, Dhaka and Bangladesh Islamic University in 2006. , Kushtia and since 2013 has been affiliated by Islamic Arabic University, Bachila, Dhaka. He also purchased many books of Kamil Shreni to upgrade the Madrasa to Kamil Madrasa and arranged sewing machine and carpentry training as per the need of the time to impart practical and practical education to the poor house students of the country.
